The protests in Iran have escalated to nothing short of a war against the tyranny that tries to suffocate the rights of its people. Six days ago, a young woman was shot dead on the street.

I don't care how fucking sensitive you are to "strong imagery", this is REAL LIFE and don't for a second think that it can't happen where you live, because it can. Every other person in the world thinks like you do; that it just can't happen to THEM. "No, not me!" But Neda was just like you, an average person that happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.

It could be you, lying there.

"Neda" is persian for "voice", "calling" or "divine message".
It's eerie.
